Our founder, Warren, saw this firsthand while building a Melbourne-based property management firm handling residential and student accommodation. Warren built MAWF Group out of a direct frustration with operational overhead. After years running property management and student accommodation businesses, he found himself spending too much time on repetitive admin and too little on strategy. He started building the tools to fix it — and realised other business owners had the same problem.
His background spans residential property management, commercial operations, bookkeeping, and compliance — giving him a firsthand view of where businesses lose time and money. MAWF’s services reflect the exact problems he solved in his own operations.
