Our founder, Warren, saw this firsthand while building Birch Ridge Group — a Melbourne-based property management firm handling residential and student accommodation. Instead of hiring a larger team to handle repetitive tasks, we built Paperclip — an AI agent platform that automated inquiry handling, document processing, and workflow orchestration.
